Vietnam Veterans Federation of Australia Inc

The Federation's mission is to actively pursue the legal, political, and social issues relating to the welfare of veterans from all conflicts, and their families.  The Federation is vigilant in its responsibility to counter deficiencies in, and threats to, the welfare of veterans.  In particular, the Federation seeks to remind politicians and bureaucrats of their duty of care to veterans,

There is a National Office in Canberra.  A network of State Branches and Sub Branches offer a range of services, including advocacy services from basic claim through to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (if required), clubhouse and mens' shed activities, radio programs, education and fitness programs, musical groups, hospital visits, and more. Advocacy is common to all Branches and Sub Branches, while other support services vary from Branch to Branch.

NSW has an extensive network of Sub Branches, while Queensland, and Victoria each have two, and South Australia has zone representatives. NSW Branch periodically visits Darwin.

It is suggested that veterans contact State, and ACT, Branches in the first instance.
