They will conduct the initial analysis required to resolve, or correctly assign, your request. In cases where they are not able to resolve your issue, they will take your details, those of your issue and assign the call to the appropriate area for resolution. You will be contacted at the first available opportunity after that to discuss your issue further or advise you of the resolution.
