V360 Australia Ltd. is a registered charity established in October 2015 with the aim of conducting assertive outreach, providing crisis intervention and ongoing support for homeless veterans throughout Australia. Our outreach operators work Australia-wide and comprise a team of experienced people who are both civilian and veterans. When anyone is referred to us an immediate process of triage is undertaken and most referrals are actioned within hours. We have assisted more than 200 veterans since we commenced operations.

V360A are an assertive organisation. This means we respond immediately to referrals and actively look for veterans all around Australia who are living rough or otherwise experiencing homelessness, or are vulnerable/at risk due to critical mental health episodes having an impact on their lives. Our aim is to reach out to and connect with these veterans – in person – as soon as possible after identifying they are in need of immediate assistance.

We receive referrals from a variety of sources including the Department for Veterans’ Affairs, public and private hospitals, mental health professionals, civilian homelessness agencies, ex-service organisations, families and peer groups.

V360 Australia provide a range of services for veterans in all States and Territories.

Our Assertive Outreach team is the only national service that will respond to critical situations anywhere in Australia to assist veterans' and their families who are vulnerable, at risk, homeless and/or require assistance with medical/mental health interventions.

We provide immediate crisis and emergency accommodation as required. We also provide short, medium and long-term accommodation (medium and long-term available in Perth only at this time).

Our 1800 number is answered 24-hours, everyday of the year.
