The Veteran Heart Health Program (HHP), delivered by Corporate Health Management on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), is a free, 12-month health and wellbeing program designed to target the common causes of Veteran morbidity, and allow participants to take charge of managing their general health.

The HHP is open to Veterans of the Australian Defence Force, who:

• Have rendered eligible Operational, Peackeeping or Disaster Relief service, either in Australia or abroad; OR
• Are covered by the ADF Firefighter Scheme

Our program can be delivered through Individual or Group sessions, with features such as facilitated exercise or assistance with a gym/pool membership depending on the mode of delivery.
